To effectively enhance employees’ fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and to build a solid “firewall” for the company’s safe production, Guangxi Nanning Mingyuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. organized a practical emergency response and fire drill on October 14, 2025.
Prioritize theoretical knowledge to solidify the foundation of safety awareness.

At the drill site, professional firefighters conducted a fire safety knowledge lecture for all company employees. From the characteristics of fire risks in the wood industry to key aspects such as fire alarms, initial fire suppression, and escape and self-rescue, the firefighters used simple and easy-to-understand language and typical cases to provide detailed explanations, enabling employees to gain a more systematic and in-depth understanding of fire safety knowledge and laying a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent practical drills.
Practical drills to hone emergency response capabilities

During the fire safety skills practice session, firefighters demonstrated key skills such as connecting fire hoses and properly operating fire extinguishers. Company employees actively participated, practicing the techniques of connecting fire hoses under one-on-one guidance from firefighters, and mastering the standardized steps of “lifting, pulling, gripping, and pressing” when using fire extinguishers, transforming theoretical knowledge into practical skills. The repeated refinement of each action tangibly improved employees’ emergency response skills, ensuring they can effectively utilize fire extinguishers in real fire situations.
Training to promote improvement: Strengthening the safety production defenses

This drill, closely aligned with the actual production practices of timber enterprises, comprehensively tested and improved the fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of the company’s employees through a “theory + practice” model. Guangxi Nanning Mingyuan Timber Industry Co., Ltd. used this drill as an opportunity to further refine and optimize its fire safety emergency plan, strengthen employees’ sense of responsibility and safety awareness, safeguard the company’s safe production, and set a positive example for the safe development of the timber industry.
